1 Box of cake mix (any flavor) 1 Can pie filling (your choice) For example chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling or yellow cake with a can of Thank You Butter Scotch pudding or spice cake with apple pie filling. Or Angel food cake and lemon pie filling. The combinations are limitless. 1 tsp. pure almond extract or vanilla extract. 2 Large eggs if using butter scotch add 3 eggs, and sprinkle top of cake with butterscotch chips then bake. |
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9"x13" pan. Mix everything together, pour into a lightly greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool. Frost with your choice of icing, cream cheese, vanilla, or chocolate. |
